Great family getaway

We stayed in a Superior One-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View. Spacious with a kitchenette, fridge, and dining area. Loved the outdoor pool with a beautiful sea view and the well-maintained cliffside path to the beach. Kids enjoyed the splash park with slides. On-site mini market was super convenient!

The one-bedroom apartment we stayed in had a beautiful sea view and was spacious. The pools were enjoyable for all ages, and the nearby beach was one of the most fine I've ever seen. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Soundproofing issues in the apartment.

I recently stayed for 4 nights in a lovely garden view apartment. The pools were fantastic, particularly the heated pool, and the access to the beach was a delightful surprise. Although the dining options could have been better, the staff were friendly and attentive, making our experience enjoyable overall. I would definitely return for the relaxing vibe!

Amazing pools for kids, but food prices on-site were a bit steep.

The rooms offered are good sized and brand-new with fabulous large balcony as well as the bedroom. Substantial and good breakfast for vegetarians, thanks a lot.

Unfortunately, some mold and silverfish in the bathroom.

The apartment was new and modern furnished. The kitchen was well equipped, the view (4th floor) was great and the staff was friendly.

Many activities within the complex are possible, some are offered every day at fixed times by the staff, so that some guests can come and play football or water polo together, very child-friendly, close to the beach, despite the many rooms, the number of guests is not disturbing, because it runs in the large complex, including three large pools

Expensive transport to the airport

I loved the spacious and beautifully designed balconies overlooking the lush gardens and multiple pools. Accessibility throughout the grounds was excellent.

More shaded areas around the pools would be helpful.

Dining room too small for the guests. So too hectic at breakfast.

The pools are nice with plenty of options, including a water park that the kids loved. The Wi-Fi was slow and disconnected often, frustrating for us attempting to plan outings.

Good hotel where everything's right.

It's all right.

Had a real good stay in my top five holidays. Stayed there before, the staff was as always exceptional. The location of the hotel was stunning and brilliant - within easy walking distance of Balaia Golf Course. Besides, I was next to a garden and a park. The restaurant was good at snack bar breakfast ends at 10.

The resort was good for families, with plenty of pools and friendly staff. The high charges for items like pool towels and some maintenance issues detracted from the experience. A bit of a trek to the beach compared to other areas. A good choice for kids.
